Feature Pages for Real Geeks sites

Rank for the feature your buyers actually search for

Pickleball. Golf. Waterfront. Pools. 55+. No HOA. We build SEO pages around one MLS feature across every city you serve, tie them together with a hub page, and put your IDX listings underneath, filtered to match.

Where this came from

The page getting the most traffic on a client's site wasn't the homepage

We have Google Analytics access on a number of client sites. On one Florida site, the page that pulls the most traffic month after month is a page about communities with pickleball courts. Not the homepage. Not a city page. People search for the feature, land on it, and go straight into the listings.

So we built the same thing for a West Valley agent: eight city pages about communities with pickleball courts, plus a hub that ties them together. That set is the template for every Feature Pages package we build.

Why it works
#1

Every agent in your market has city pages. Most have community pages. Almost nobody has pages built around the specific feature a buyer is filtering on, so there is no competition for the search.

Not just pickleball

Build it around any feature your MLS exposes to IDX

The one rule is that the feature has to be a searchable field in your MLS, so the listings under each page can filter on it. That covers most of what buyers care about.

What's in every page

Built for search, written for buyers, ready to paste

Each area page is a complete, stand-alone Real Geeks custom page with inline, scoped CSS. Nothing bleeds into your theme, and nothing needs editing before it goes live.

Content

1,500+ words per city

Why the feature matters, what to look for, how it affects resale value and HOA dues, who the communities suit, and a 6 to 8 question FAQ. Written for that city, not templated.

Communities

Local community list

The neighborhoods in that city that have the feature, each ready to link to your existing community pages and named in the schema.

Search

Full schema markup

RealEstateAgent, WebPage, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage, plus an AI-search block with speakable markup so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI answers can cite you.

Social

Open Graph & Twitter tags

Clean previews when the page is shared, using your image. Title tag, meta description and keyword list delivered for the page settings.

Listings

IDX filtered to the feature

Your Real Geeks listings tool sits directly below the content, filtered to the feature and city, so the page ends in live inventory.

Hub

Hub page ties it together

A card grid linking every area page, its own content and FAQ, and ItemList schema so search engines read the set as a group.

Questions

Feature Pages FAQ

Does this work on platforms other than Real Geeks?
The package is built for Real Geeks custom pages, where we know the editor, the IDX tool and the theme quirks. If you're on Sierra Interactive, kvCORE or a GoHighLevel site, book a call anyway and we'll tell you what changes.
What if my MLS doesn't have a field for the feature I want?
Then the listings under the page can't filter on it, and the page loses half its value. On the call we check your MLS's IDX fields first and steer you to a feature that will filter. Most MLSs expose golf, waterfront, pool, gated, age-restricted, HOA and view fields.
Is the content unique, or templated across cities?
The structure is consistent so the set reads as a series. The content is written per city: local communities, the public courts or amenities in that city, who moves there, and a city-specific FAQ answer. Search engines see distinct pages, not one page with the city name swapped.
Do you add the listings?
The pages end with a listings lead-in and stop. You place the Real Geeks IDX tool directly below with the feature and city filters set. If we install for you, we set those filters as part of the install.
How long until the pages rank?
Feature searches are low-competition, so these pages tend to index and start pulling traffic faster than city pages. Realistic expectation is movement in the first 30 to 60 days and steady growth after. We don't guarantee rankings; nobody honest does.
Can I get a second feature later?
Yes. Each feature set is its own package at the same pricing, and the hub pages link to each other so the site builds a feature library over time.
What do you need from me?
Your MLS name, the cities you cover, one image per city if you have them (we can source stock if not), and your contact details for the CTA. Everything else comes from the call and our research.
