Pick the 5 or 10 areas you most want to be known for. We build a set of pages for each one that shows up when buyers search, tells them true things about the area, and turns them into leads while you're out showing homes. Start with one area, free, and see it on your own site first.
Real listing data · Built to rank on Google and AI search · Leads captured for you · Real Geeks sites only
When someone searches "homes for sale in [your area]" on Google, or asks ChatGPT or Gemini about a neighborhood, these pages are built to be the answer. They're written from real listing data, so search engines and AI assistants trust them enough to rank them and quote them.
Every page has a sign-up form, a live map search, and a market report buyers can subscribe to. When a buyer signs up, they're automatically registered for updates on that area. You didn't set anything up. You just get the lead.
Give us your list of areas and your Real Geeks login. Ten business days later, the pages are live on your site, linked together, and capturing leads. You own everything.
For years the way to rank in real estate was to build hundreds of thin area pages and cover every neighborhood, whether or not the pages said anything real. We built that way too, and it worked for a while.
It doesn't anymore. Google and the AI assistants now see a thousand thin pages for what they are. A handful of area pages that say true, specific things, each with a full set of supporting pages beneath it, beats them. If a full 30-area build always felt like too much, this smaller package was built for you.
Most AI-generated real estate content is made up. Ask a generic tool about a neighborhood and it will happily invent price trends, amenities, and a lifestyle it knows nothing about. Google and the AI answer engines are getting very good at detecting exactly that, and discounting it.
We do the opposite. For every area we pull real data first: what's listed, what's sold, the communities inside it, and the places nearby. The AI only writes the words around those facts. It never makes facts up. The result is a page that says true, specific things about your market, which is what buyers trust and what AI assistants look for when they decide whose page to quote.
Writes first, sources never.
Data first, language second.
This is a live SiteBoostRE+ build on a Real Geeks site. Open it, pick an area, and run the one-minute test yourself: every fact on the page is sourced, every sub-page is linked, and the capture is already wired.

Nothing in the package is a placeholder. Each area you pick comes as a complete set of pages, all connected, all built to rank, all capturing leads.
Behind the scenes, the page is labeled so Google and AI search know exactly which area it covers and that you're the agent behind it. (For the technical crowd: correct schema with breadcrumbs, a geo tag, and a "published by" tied to your agent entity.)
Active and sold listings (where your market makes them available), the communities inside the area, and verified points of interest nearby. The AI writes the words around those facts. It never invents them, so buyers and search engines get information they can trust.
If a data point isn't available for an area, the page doesn't fake it. Facts only go in when they're real, so nothing on the page undercuts the rest of it.
Buyers explore what's for sale right on the page instead of leaving to search somewhere else.
Things like "homes with a pool in [area]" or "new construction in [area]." We suggest them from what's really in your IDX, you approve. Every area also gets a "Newest Listings" page and a "Recently Sold" page where the data exists.
Buyers searching "3 bedroom homes in [area] under $500K" land on a page built for exactly that. Each one links to its neighbors and back up to the main area page.
Where it makes sense, the area copy links to the extra pages and community pages we're building, so Google sees one strong hub for the area instead of scattered pages.
Every sub-page is reachable from a menu on the main area page, and every page links back up. Nothing gets lost.
Every page has a sign-up form with a saved search already attached. When a buyer signs up for updates, they're registered automatically. You never set up a search by hand.
Every area gets a pre-built market report that sends automatic updates. Nothing for you to build or maintain.
Every page asks the buyer to sign up for updates, and the search behind that sign-up is already built. Every area also has a market report buyers can subscribe to. You don't create, connect, or maintain any of it.
Fact-sourced pages rank, get cited, and earn the click.
A visitor signs up for updates and is saved to a search for that area. You don't build it, you don't touch it.
The area market report goes out on its own. The searches are already made.
Your part: none. The whole thing runs while you're out doing everything else.
You don't have to commit to a whole market at once. Start with the areas you most want to own, see the leads come in, then add more. Every area you add gets the same full build.
Your five best markets, built completely. Enough to see rankings, citations, and captured leads move.
Start with 5 areas →Cover your primary territory with room for the neighborhoods buyers ask about next.
Start with 10 areas →The whole market, every area at full depth. For teams and brokerages that want it done once.
Build the full market →Send us your top area and your Real Geeks site URL, and we'll build that one area in full so you can see exactly what fact-sourced, fully structured pages look like for your market. Like it, and we'll build out the rest of your package.
Not sure which areas to pick? Tell us in the form and we'll look at your market and your IDX and suggest the 5 that'll produce the most.
Recommend for me10 business days from the time we have your area list and your Real Geeks login. That covers the main area page, the full cluster beneath it, and the capture setup for every area in your package.
Two things: the list of areas you want built, and your Real Geeks username and password so we can build the pages, search embeds, saved searches, and market reports directly on your site. Nothing else is required from you during the build.
SiteBoostRE+ is built for Real Geeks sites. The embedded map search, saved searches, and market reports are wired into the Real Geeks platform, so it's Real Geeks only for now.
You do. The pages and the content live on your site and belong to you. Nothing is hosted on our side.
Yes. Start with 5 or 10, see what they do, and add areas when you're ready. Every area you add is built to the same depth with the same real data and the same hands-off capture.
Yes. If you take the free build and then buy any package, that area counts as one of your areas.
The code takes 20% off one package and can be used once. It's limited to the first 20 sign-ups and expires at midnight on Friday, September 4, whichever comes first.
Pick 5. We pull the real data, build the cluster, wire the capture, and hand you pages that work while you're out working. Fill this out and we'll take it from here.
